The National Museum of Australia’s ‘Irish in Australia’ exhibition reveals the extraordinary influence of the Irish in Australia, from the First Fleet in 1788, to the continuing influx of young Irish backpackers today. As part of the exhibition, THE POD produced the ‘sound chairs’. Using iPads, visitors can sit back, relax and select a range of stories and songs to listen to.
